Under the motto "The Big New", Zukunft Personal Süd once again presented itself as the most important live platform for the HR industry on May 9 and 10, 2023. Germany's hotspot of hidden champs attracted 5,000 visitors to Stuttgart's exhibition center to be part of the HR community shaping the future of people, corporate development and transformation. 250 exhibitors, partners and sponsors brought the dynamics of the working world to life with their intelligent products and services. In doing so, the ExpoEvent was more curious than ever - about innovative solutions and groundbreaking approaches to the further development of HR functions. Which was reflected above all in the complex event program. On the keynote stage, experts and influencers inspired with insights from Gen Z to HR transformation, AI and sustainability strategies. And many interactive formats showed the lived practice on site, what the entire industry is striving for: agile working, collaboration instead of silo and dialogic learning.
