Prof. Dr. Anabel Térnes von Hattburg

Anabel Ternès von Hattburg is considered one of the leading minds for sustainability and digitalization. The Executive Director of the SRH Institute for Sustainable Management, Professor of Human Sustainability and Communication Management is also known as Linkedin Top Voice Sustainability, futurologist, author and founder of sustainable startups - including GetYourWings, the learning space for future shapers and developer of online learning games, including the award-winning CODE AND SAFE THE PLANET, HealthMedo, the multi-platform provider for mental and physical health, and CoCarrier, a crowd shipping platform.

She has many years of international leadership experience in business development for consumer goods companies, including for Samsonite and Fielmann. Anabel Ternès has been involved nationally and internationally for many years in various positions, as founder of several initiatives and in several committees, boards and supervisory boards.

Steffen Bühler

Steffen Bühler, business economist bAV (FH), has now been active in bAV for over 30 years with his company and 15 highly qualified employees. After initially working in the family tax offices and training as an industrial clerk, he then discovered his passion for bAV. Through his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Koblenz, he deepened his professional qualifications and today advises companies and groups of all industries in the range of 10 - 10,000 employees nationwide, even on the most complex areas in the bAV.

Andreas Seltmann

Born in 1968 on Lake Constance, Andreas Seltmann studied energy and automation technology in Constance and holds additional degrees as a business economist and business moderator. Via product management, the engineering graduate transformed himself into a sales and marketing expert. 

For more than a decade, as a member of the executive board, he led the marketing, customer academy and corporate communications of Hekatron, the German unit of a large Swiss family-owned building and security technology company. The company has received several awards for its employer branding, including one from the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the 100 best employers in Germany.

Today, the passionate father and book author, dedicates himself as a freelance consultant & keynote speaker to employer branding and personnel marketing. He inspires his audience with his own genuine and emotional father-son story and accompanies successful companies on their way to becoming an attractive top employer.

Dr. Irene Kilubi

Dr. Irène Kilubi holds a doctorate in industrial engineering and is a management consultant. She has worked for well-known companies such as BMW, Deloitte, Siemens and Amazon. After many professional stations, she now follows her very personal passion and dedicates herself to the topics JOINT GENERATIONS, Community Building and Corporate Influencer Strategy. She is also an Expert Advisor for the European Innovation Council Accelerator of the European Commission. Dr. Irène Kilubi is a university lecturer in Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a sought-after keynote speaker and moderator at conferences and events.

Dr. Vanessa Just

Dr. Vanessa Just holds a doctorate in sustainable automation and digitization of business processes and is responsible for Business Development - New Business at neusta analytics & insights, the expert team for AI and Data Analytics from Essen. In parallel, the founder and CEO of juS.TECH AG, a growing start-up for sustainability in digitization, is active on the board of the German AI Association.  In addition to her professional activities, she lectures at various German colleges and universities and is active as an editor at Springer Verlag with a focus on digitization and sustainability.

Klaus Eck

Klaus Eck is one of the leading corporate influencer experts in Germany. The founder of several agencies is a social media pioneer, keynote speaker and content marketing professional. His main tasks include the strategic support of corporate influencer programs. 

Since February 2020, he has regularly moderated the Corporate Influencer Breakfast and has initiated more than 60 talks with guests in which they talk about their experiences with personal branding, corporate influencers and CEO communication.
