Koelnmesse has introduced the digital tool “eSlot” to regulate set-up and dismantling traffic.
Access to the exhibition grounds by car or truck for set-up and dismantling is only possible by registering and booking a time slot for a fee via eSlot! You can register and book a time slot via the following button:

Mac will start sending out the CAD plan (stand sketch) and the graphics specifications (sail graphics for All in Package or adhesive graphics for LTA or Startups) at the end of June.

The following documents can be used to order stand lettering (for Octanorm stand construction), extra furniture and carpeting. The respective document must be downloaded.

Furniture orders must be placed up to 10 working days (22.08.25 at the latest) before the start of the fair. After that, furniture will only be available with a late delivery surcharge and subject to availability. 
Stand lettering must be ordered no later than 10 working days (22.08.25) before the start of the fair.

Forwarding agent for delivery and storage at the trade fair

If you are planning to send deliveries to your stand, these must be accepted on site by the exhibitor. Alternatively, you can send them to DB Schenker.

We have reserved contingents at special prices via Hotelservice Deutschland. If these allotments have been used up or no suitable hotel is available, hotel rooms can also be reserved via the Koelnmesse booking portal.

Exhibitors are obliged to provide proof of insurance for the booked stand. Upon completion of the stand booking, the organizer will automatically book insurance via the service provider James Hallam. If you provide proof of your own insurance (with sufficient cover), the amount will be credited to you.
