The Call for Speakers is your chance to actively shape the programme of our Zukunft Personal trade fairs and events. We are looking for outstanding presentations, best practices, new perspectives, and innovative ideas that will inspire our professional audience and encourage reflection.

We welcome contributions that add value regarding the future of work – from transformation and leadership to digitisation, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, recruiting, and many other future-relevant HR topics. We are looking for diverse formats that captivate the audience:

  • Inspirational presentations: New perspectives, food for thought, and well-founded specialised knowledge (e.g., 25 min slots).
  • Practical Use Cases: Concrete solutions and authentic experiences from day-to-day work.
  • Controversial theses & bold approaches: Contributions that spark discussions and challenge the status quo.
  • Interactive workshops: For deeper learning experiences and active participation.
  • Current study results: Presentation of new insights and research findings.

We are looking for individuals with fresh ideas and profound knowledge who want to make a non-commercial contribution. Your presentation serves the purpose of knowledge exchange and not the promotion of products or services. Typical speakers are, for example:

  • Specialists and executives with HR responsibility from companies (e.g., from Harry Brot, Schüco, ProSieben Sat.1)
  • HR managers and employees from HR departments.
  • Scientists and researchers from universities, institutes, or research projects
  • Representatives of non-profit organisations

Are the visitors of the Zukunft Personal events your customers of tomorrow? The Call for Speakers is not the right path for you if the main business model of your company or your service primarily addresses HR departments directly and you are pursuing commercial interests. This applies in particular to:

  • Coaches, consultants, and service providers for the HR industry.
  • Exhibitors at one of the Zukunft Personal trade fairs.

The expert panel looks forward to your ideas! You are welcome to apply with multiple contributions to increase the chance of one of your submissions being selected. The number of presentations at the on-site events is limited to 1 presentation per submitter & organisation.

Participation in the Call for Speakers procedure is free of charge. As a speaker, you benefit from:
