Floor Space Only is ideal for exhibitors who wish to design their trade show presence to their own specifications. It forms the basis for your own stand construction and offers great flexibility in terms of design, furnishings, and brand presentation.
Floor Space only
This option only includes floor space, and you are fully responsible for the design, setup, safety, and furnishing of your booth, within the applicable rules and technical guidelines.
Please note:
- Stands neighbouring other stand areas, must have fully opaque partition back- and side walls (at least 2.50 m high).
- Maximum structure height: up to 6 m
- The design on the reverse of back- and side walls higher than 2.50 m must be neutral, smooth, and white.
- Open sides: approx. 30% of each open side may be “built upon” with solid walls. Walls bordering visitor aisles should be broken up by incorporating display cases, niches, displays, etc. Partitions up to 1 m in height are not considered walls and are permitted.
- Floor covering is mandatory on the stand area.
- All materials must comply with current fire safety regulations (at least flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1).
- Stand construction permit required: Prior approval is necessary.
