The Live Training Area gives trainers and coaches the opportunity to demonstrate excerpts from their seminars and workshops. These sessions encourage the audience to participate and learn through hands-on experience. Here, presentations take place every 30 minutes and draw large audiences.

The Live Training Area is the perfect place for interactive training sessions and practical insights into leadership, communication, and professional development. Exhibitors are at the heart of the fair’s training and learning activities and will engage with a highly motivated HR audience. Presentation slots are included in the package, along with a compact exhibition space.
Product:
An 80 sqm space shared by 8 trainers/coaches. A special presentation area is furnished with rows of chairs.
Shared Facilities
- Live Training Area: presentation area, seating for the audience, lighting, sound system, plasma screen, flipchart
- Shared storage area with shelving units and coat rail
- Meeting area with table and chairs for customer meetings
Individual Services per Trainer
- Two presentation sessions of 30 minutes per day on the activity area, including setup time
- 1 advertising wall with angled display shelf, including company name lettering (max. 20 letters) and lighting

Important:
- Fixed presentation times have been assigned to each trainer’s space
- 1 high bar table and 2 barstools can be ordered at extra cost if required but may not be placed in the aisles.
- Co-exhibitors are not allowed.
- Live Training Area exhibitors cannot book additional presentations on other stages.
