ZP Süd - Live Training Area

The Live Training Area gives trainers and coaches the opportunity to demonstrate excerpts from their seminars and workshops. These sessions encourage the audience to participate and learn through hands-on experience. Here, presentations take place every 30 minutes and draw large audiences.

Live Training Area

The Live Training Area is the perfect place for interactive training sessions and practical insights into leadership, communication, and professional development. Exhibitors are at the heart of the fair’s training and learning activities and will engage with a highly motivated HR audience. Presentation slots are included in the package, along with a compact exhibition space.

Product:

An 80 sqm space shared by 8 trainers/coaches. A special presentation area is furnished with rows of chairs.

Important:
  • Fixed presentation times have been assigned to each trainer’s space
  • 1 high bar table and 2 barstools can be ordered at extra cost if required but may not be placed in the aisles.
  • Co-exhibitors are not allowed.
  • Live Training Area exhibitors cannot book additional presentations on other stages.
Exhibitor Package

The following are available for shared use

  • Live Training Area: presentation area, seating for audience, lighting, sound, plasma screen, flip chart.
  • Shared storage cabin with high shelves, coat rack.
  • Shared discussion area with tables and chairs for customer meetings.

Individual services per coach

  • Two presentations of 30 minutes each per day on the Live Training Area (includes set-up time).
  • 1 poster wall with inclined shelf incl. lettering with company name (max. 20 letters), as well as lighting.
ZP Marketing Package Basic

Includes essential services for digital presence, lead capture, and marketing materials.
