ZP Europe will take place from 9 - 11 September 2025 at Koelnmesse in Cologne.
You will experience an extensive stage programme with over 700 sessions over three days, including practical workshops and interactive formats. Meet over 600 exhibitors, partners and sponsors from the HR sector and discover the latest solutions, trends and inspiration for the working world of tomorrow.
ZP Europe is aimed at specialists and managers from HR, recruiting, training, corporate development, occupational medicine, corporate management and related areas.
You will find all the important information on site in our trade fair magazine. In addition, both the hall plan and the event programme are available online on the website. Shortly before the event, you can also access all information via the ZP app.

We currently do not offer any special discounts for students or groups. Please check the ticket shop for the current ticket prices and categories.
It is generally possible to buy tickets on site, but we recommend buying them online in advance to avoid waiting times.
The ‘Köln Messe/Deutz’ station is just a few minutes' walk from the exhibition centre and is served regularly by S-Bahn lines (S6, S11, S12, S13, S19), regional trains and long-distance trains operated by Deutsche Bahn. In addition, trams of the Cologne public transport company (lines 1, 3, 4 and 9) and bus lines 150, 153, 196, 250 and 260 stop there.
We recommend using the car parks P21 and P22 of Koelnmesse. Access is well signposted and is supported by the trade fair's car park guidance system.
Yes, a cloakroom is available in the entrance area of the exhibition centre. You can also leave your luggage there.
Yes, Koelnmesse offers ground-level entrances, lifts and barrier-free sanitary facilities. In addition, priority seating for people with reduced mobility is provided at all lecture areas.
Yes, free visitor WiFi is available on the exhibition grounds. Please note that this may reach its performance limits in some areas during high utilisation and is therefore not suitable for video calls or other data-intensive applications.
Numerous catering options are available on the exhibition grounds, including food trucks, cafés and snack stations. There are hot meals as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
